Products offered from WILDEN

Advanced™ Series -Bolted Pumps.

Wilden's revolutionary Advanced™ Series pumps were specifically designed for maximum performance and efficiency. The bolted configuration of these pumps ensures total product containment while the redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction to maximize output and efficiency.

The Advanced™ Series are offered in both metal and plastic construction. A variety of elastomer options, including Teflon® PTFE, are available to meet abrasion, temperature, and chemical compatibility concerns. The Advanced™ Series metal pumps are offered in die cast aluminium, stainless steel and Alloy C. A variety of options such as ANSI and DIN flanges and specialized air distribution systems are available to meet your specific application requirements.

When coupled with our all-plastic air distribution system, the Wilden Plastic bolted pumps offer an unbeatable combination of features.

Wilden Original Series - Clamped Pumps.

Wilden's legendary Original™ Series pumps were designed for demanding utilitarian type of applications that require a robust design. The clamped configuration is a classic design that evolved from 1955 with the invention of Jim Wilden's first air operated double diaphragm pump. The pumps originally used the "M" Series designation, such as M2, M4, M8 and M15. The designation has been changed to the "T" Series, for Turbo-Flo™, and the designations are T2, T4, T8 and T15.

The Original™ Series pumps ensure reliability without sacrificing ease of maintenance. Wilden's metal pump line lends itself to various processes and waste applications.

Available with Accu-Flo, Pro-Flo, Pro-Flo V, Pro-Flo X or Turbo-Flo air distribution systems in sizes 1/4", 1/2", 1-1/2", 2", 3" and 4".

Wilden Stallion® Pumps.

The Stallion® air operated pump series is designed to transfer solid-laden slurries safely and effectively. It is an ideal pump for mine dewatering. Large internal clearance and flow-through design keep the pump from clogging while Wilden's patented air distribution maintains ON/OFF reliability. Stallion® technology incorporates an altered ball/seat check valve assembly maximizes part life, increases suction lift, and maximizes flow rates. Ultra-Flex" diaphragm technology increases parts life by utilizing sacrificial rubber and a controlled flex pattern. A polyurethane screen base has been added to the inlet of the pump for added durability

Wilden Stallion® pumps have been used in mining operations worldwide, from gold mines in South Africa, to copper mines in Chile, to coal mines in West Virginia. Though air-driven pumps are not a new development in the pump industry, air pumps are beginning to take the place of electric pumps in the mining industry. The fact they do not use electricity reduces one hazard associated with electric driven pumps, improving mine safety. The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has recognized the air operated, double diaphragm pump as an acceptable solution for mine dewatering.

Almatec® Pumps

Almatec ® E-Series double diaphragm pumps offer many advantages over the discontinued A-Series. The advantages include:

  • Increased Capacity
  • Decreased Air Consumption
  • Reduced Noise Level
  • Optimised Flow Pattern

In addition to the advantages listed above E-Series pumps are available constructed from virgin Polyethylene. Trials based on the sand-slurry method have shown that the abrasion resistance of Polyethylene is 7 times higher than Polypropylene and 1.6 times higher than steel. This high resistance to abrasion makes it the ideal pump for many applications such as pickling baths in the electroplating industry, printing inks, lime slurry, and ceramic mass and glaze in the ceramics industry to name a few.

Almatec® also offers conductive plastic E-series pumps. The housings and internals of the conductive version are made of PE or PTFE filled with conductive pigment which always remains below the limits set by the FDA. The pump can be grounded via a connection on the centre housing the eliminating the risk of electrostatic discharge. Conductive pumps in the E-Series are ATEX certified.

Wilden Sanitary Pumps

Wilden is a global leader in air operated, double diaphragm sanitary pumps and offers a wide range of solutions for various food, beverage and dairy applications. With the development of its Saniflo™ Hygienic Series™ (HS) line of AODD pumps and pulsation dampeners, Wilden offers the versatility, safety and capability of efficiently pumping a wide range of viscosities, solids and shear-sensitive products. The HS line of pumps is designed to meet strict guidelines established for sanitary process applications such as FDA, 3A and EHEDG

High Pressure Pumps

Wilden offers a range of air operated, high pressure diaphragm pumps amplifies the inlet air pressure to produce 2-3 times the discharge pressure. These pumps are used to pump lubricants, feed a filter press and move viscous liquids.

Wilden and Almatec high pressure pumps do not require costly external boosters or amplifiers to achieve the pressure output needed for your application. Our high-pressure pumps perform a multitude of duties including filtration, chemical sludge transfer and general industrial applications. Wilden and Almatec high-pressure pumps deliver powerful, reliable and flexible solutions to the most challenging of pump applications

Wilden Drum Pumps.

Wilden Universal Drum Pump kit which are designed as a lightweight, portable means of adapting ¼” or ½” Wilden Diaphragm Pump to drum pumping applications.

Features of the Wilden universal drum pump include:

  • The drum pump kit is a cost-effective means while the liquid transfer remains efficient.
  • The Wilden universal drum pump kit is available in a variety of materials for compatibility with virtually any fluid
  • The drum pump kit is available in a 2” (51 mm) connection thread suitable for installation on most drums
  • The length of the pick-up tube supplied is 36” (91.4cm). This tube can be cut to accommodate various drum sizes

All Wilden drum pump kits supplied by Infinity Pumps & Systems P Ltd. can be used in conjunction with the Wilden plastic pumps and Wilden metal pumps. Wilden pumps can run dry without damage, are self priming, employ no electric motors, seals, bearings, or impellers and easily mount to the Wilden drum pump adapter.

Wilden HORNET™ pumps

Wilden pump range has a new addition: the compact air-operated Hornet pump. Measuring 104mm x 173mm x 97mm, the Wilden Hornet provides a flowrate of 20.8lt/min and maximum pressure of 8.6bar.

Equally as impressive is its suction lift capability, offering 3.3m Dry and 9.3m Wet. Available in 10mm and 13mm sizes, the Hornet is a polypropylene pump featuring a Santoprene Wil-Flex diaphragm. Driven by the proven German Almatec air distribution system means that the Hornet can be run on compressed air, CO2 or NO2. Installation is extremely simple as the pump comes with quick connect/disconnect piping and maintenance

is assisted by the inclusion of an air shutoff design. The pump’s versatility, performance and almost silent running will be welcomed by the OEM sector. The employment of spring-loaded valves means that it is suitable for multiple mounting positions and configurations. According to AxFlow UK, the Hornet is perfectly suited to applications where there is need for the simple and reliable addition of non-demanding chemicals or the dispensing of liquids.
