We Infinity Pumps take proud to announce that we have recently supplied and commissioned a Tuffgear Neat Soap Internal Gear Pump<\/strong> for Loop Recirculation, with the desired flow rate of 75 M3\/hr<\/strong> to a renowned soap manufacturer in India. It was an only natural progression as we were already supplying our Tuffgear<\/strong> make of Neat Soap Internal Gear Pumps<\/strong> in the various soap manufacturing processes and they have been running satisfactorily all over India for many years now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Loop recirculation process is a very important process in Soap manufacturing process or Saponification process, be it a plant by Binnachi, Mazzoni, SAS or Soaptec. This recirculation process ensures that a high volume of the neat soap<\/strong> ingredients is mixed thoroughly and have in fact achieved saponification while being recirculated.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

These recirculation\u2019s are generally done with a positive displacement pump, more specifically an Internal Gear Pump<\/strong>, as this recirculation is done against a pressure of 2.5 to 4.5 bars. These entail’s that a constant flow is maintained as this neat soap<\/strong> is being dosed into the main reactor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 75 m3\/hr Tuffgear Neat Soap Internal Gear pump<\/strong>, is the largest pump being manufactured in our facilities, with a 6 inch suction discharge end connection. Manufactured to suit the high demanding and continuous process of neat soap loop recirculation, has all the advantages of our universal range of Tuffgear Internal Gear pump<\/strong> and plus some more<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 75 m3\/hr Tuffgear Neat Soap Internal Gear pump<\/strong>, is the largest pump being manufactured in our facilities, with a 6 inch suction discharge end connection. Manufactured to suit the high demanding and continuous process of neat soap loop recirculation, has all the advantages of our universal range of Tuffgear Internal Gear pump<\/strong> and plus some more<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bigger outer diameter of the shaft of Tuffgear Neat Soap Internal Gear Pump<\/strong>, ensures that even the heavy rotor shaft assembly is supported robustly with adequate torque being transmitted to move that neat soap<\/strong> efficiently and regularly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Design changes in the rotor of Tuffgear Neat Soap Internal Gear Pump<\/strong>, have allowed us to manufacture it a bit light, despite being huge, which makes a world of change of performance and maintenance impact on the life of the Tuffgear Pump<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The truly back pull out design of Tuffgear Neat Soap Internal Gear pumps<\/strong>, plays a very big and important role here, as this pump is heavy, disconnecting and reconnecting it from the pipeline would have been a mess. Due to strong>Tuffgear<\/strong> truly back pull out design, maintenance can be done on the pump by taking out the pump parts from the coupling side, where a spacer coupling has been provided, to do exactly so<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the temperatures in the Loop recirculation process<\/strong> of neat soap are 120 plus degrees, special care has also been taken, to keep that factor in, while designing the bracket bushing, so that the Tuffgear Neat Soap Internal Gear pump<\/strong> does not get jammed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
